Platform updates

CMS updates, framework upgrades, dependency updates. We apply them monthly on a scheduled basis. Updates are tested before deployment to ensure nothing breaks.

Plugin and package updates

WordPress plugins, npm packages, composer dependencies. We keep everything current and compatible. Outdated plugins are one of the most common security risks.

Backups

Regular automated backups of your site or app. Standard frequency is weekly, but we can adjust based on how often your content changes. Backups are stored securely and tested for restoration.

Uptime monitoring

We monitor your site 24/7. If it goes down, we know before you do. Monitoring catches outages, slow responses, and SSL certificate issues. You won’t be the one finding out from a customer complaint or a missed sale. We catch problems early and often have them resolved before users notice.
