About us

We’re a team that sticks around

Most agency relationships end when the project ships. Ours don’t.

We build mobile apps, web apps, and websites. We’ve been doing it for 20+ years. Most of our clients have been with us for multiple projects over multiple years. They come back because we deliver, we communicate honestly, and we don’t disappear when things get complicated.

That’s not a sales pitch – it’s just how we prefer to work. Long-term beats one-off.

How we’re different

There are thousands of agencies. Here’s what makes us worth considering.

We actually follow the process

Discover first. Design second. Develop third. Maintain fourth.

It sounds obvious. Most agencies skip steps to save time or win cheaper bids. We don’t. The process exists because it works. Skipping discovery means building the wrong thing. Skipping design means redesigning during development. We’ve seen it happen – usually when cleaning up after other agencies.

Experience where it matters

Your project is led by people who’ve shipped real products before. The critical decisions – architecture, design direction, technical approach – come from experience, not guesswork.

We’re not the cheapest option. But you’re paying for people who’ve solved problems like yours before and know what works.

Long-term relationships

We’re not optimizing for project count. We’re optimizing for clients who come back.

Most of our work comes from existing clients or referrals. That only happens if the first project goes well. So we focus on making sure it does – even when that means having uncomfortable conversations about scope, timeline, or budget.

Honest communication

We’ll tell you if your idea needs work. We’ll tell you if the timeline is unrealistic. We’ll tell you if you’re about to make an expensive mistake.

Some clients don’t like hearing “no” or “that’s going to cost more.” We’d rather lose a project than set false expectations and disappoint you later.

Our values

We don’t have values painted on a wall. We have principles that actually guide decisions.

Reliability

Do what you said you'd do. Meet deadlines. Respond to messages. If something goes wrong, say so immediately - don't hide it.

Reliability isn't exciting. It's just necessary. Clients shouldn't have to wonder if their agency will deliver.

Genuine

No corporate speak. No overpromising. No pretending we know things we don't.

We're direct about what we can do, what we can't do, and what we're still figuring out. Honesty builds trust faster than polish.

Curious

Technology changes constantly. What worked two years ago might be obsolete now. We stay curious because standing still means falling behind.

This also means asking "why" a lot. Why does this feature exist? Why this approach? Curiosity leads to better solutions.

The team

We’re a small team based in Slovakia. Remote-friendly, but we meet in person regularly.

Work-life balance isn’t just a slogan

We actually take breaks. We actually go home. We actually take vacations.

Every year, we do things together that have nothing to do with work

These aren’t “team building exercises.” They’re just… things we enjoy doing together. The fact that it builds a better team is a side effect.

Maritime expeditions

Because sometimes you need to be on a boat

Travel

Affordable flights to interesting places

Go-karting

Competitive, but friendly

Shooting ranges

For the precision-minded

Good food

Team dinners without the forced fun

PlayStation sessions

Yes, during work hours sometimes

Careers

We’re always looking for good people

Not “rockstars.” Not “ninjas.” Just competent, curious people who take their work seriously and don’t take themselves too seriously.

Want to work with us?

Or just send us your CV:

We value people who:

  • Learn constantly (the industry demands it)
  • Communicate clearly (remote work requires it)
  • Take ownership (we don’t micromanage)
  • Care about quality (good enough isn’t good enough)

If that sounds like you, reach out. Even if we don’t have an open position, we want to know you exist.
